Changes to the Online Training

Hi all because of how popular the online training has become we are moving the patterns to 4.00 to 4.30pm but each day we will specialise to two Patterns then the normal online training at 5.00pm, 6.00pm & 7.00pm. Students up to a the belt level of that day are welcome to the patterns lesson. At 4.00pm please don't attend if your are not up to that particular belt.

Mondays 4.00pm to 4.30 - Saju Jirugi, Saju Makgi, Chon-Ji - Including Lil' Leaders 10th & 9th Kups

Tuesdays 4.00pm to 4.30 - Dan Gun & Do San - Up to 8th & 7th Kup Students

Wednesdays 4.00pm to 4.30pm Won Hyo & Yul Gok - Up to 6th & 5th Kup Students

Thursdays 4.00ppm to 4.30pm Joong Gun & Toi Gye - Up to 4th & 3rd Kup Students

Fridays 4.00pm to 4.30pm Hwa Rang & Chong Moo - Up to 2nd & 1st Kup Students

We hope this help students to develop their Patterns whilst we are in lock down.

Remember the 5.00pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm classes continues as normal
