Taekwon-do-Wales Mountain Ash is run by Mrs Patricia Kent-Marrast 6th degree her classes are every Sunday 4.00pm to 5.00pm and Tuesday 6.00pm to 7.00pm at Mountain Ash YMCA which is located at Duffryn Road, Mountain Ash, CF45 4DA.
