Absolutely fantastic Lola Williams did great out there in the ITF HQ Worlds in the Netherlands today Gold in Patterns with the most fantastic patterns I have seen in a while and Silver in Sparring and all this with a serous stomach bug all washed out and she pulled off a fantastic performance. Lauren and myself so proud our new catchphrase “Goldddd in the Worlds”
