It was a massive honour and a privilege to be awarded the Jack Thomas Award again tonight! And it means just as much the second time around. Jack was a charismatic, intelligent and caring young individual who will never be forgotten  June Thomas Was Cooper

Taekwon-Do-Wales is such a unique club and when people ask why I love my sport so much Im proud to tell them its because its my second family.... "Family isnt defined by last names or by blood but by Commitment and Love. It means showing up when you are needed the most, it means having eachothers backs and it means no matter what we never give up on eachother".
